It was good to see so many faces at the financial literacy program at Charles Houston Recreation sponsored by Washington Mutual Bank-Alexandria last night.  I look forward to their home buying seminar next month.    Here is your list of Open Houses in Old Town Alexandria for the weekend of April 29-May 1.    Through the first quarter of 2016, there have been 89 homes purchased with conventional loans in Old Town Alexandria.  22 homes were purchased by VA loans or by military families.   17 were all cash buyers.  Only 5 FHA or first time buyer programs in Old Town during the first quarter of the year.    This data gives you an idea of the geographical make up in Old Town Alexandria and who is buying in the area.  If you need data of a specific community in Old Town Alexandria please let us know.   Happy shopping!
