Woodbridge VA Housing Inventory Is Getting Much Better
The spring market is coming and it appears to be a balanced market in the Woodbridge, VA area. The housing inventory has been reduced from about 3.5 months in March 2015 to 2.5 months in Woodbridge, VA February 2016. That is a positive for sellers. Months of supply is the measure of how many months it would take for the current inventory of homes on the market to sell, given the current pace of home sales. For example, if there are 50 homes on the market and 10 homes selling each month, there is a 5 month supply of homes for sale. Please take a look at the current Woodbridge, VA chart.
