When you are ready to buy it is important to sit down and think about the questions below:

  • When driving down the road, what homes catch your eye? What qualities do they have?

  • Have you spoken to a lender and been pre-qualified?

  • Have you determined your budget range?

  • Have you made a list of your "must haves", such as size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, basement or no basement, yard or no yard, amenities, etc?

  • Do certain neighborhoods appeal to you more than others? What areas would work well with your life style or your commute to work?

Your answers to these questions are important on the journey to finding your ideal home.
