First impressions are everything so it’s no surprise that a new garage door or new siding can get you the most bang for your buck.
According to REALTOR® the following projects recoup the most nationally:
Entry door replacement (101.8%)
Manufactured stone veneer (92.2%)
Garage door replacement (88.5%)
Siding replacement, fiber cement (84.3%)
Garage door replacement (82.5%)
According to REALTOR® the following projects recoup the most in Washington, DC:
Entry door replacement (125%)
Garage door replacement (114%)
Deck Addition (112%)
