I think that Ellen would be a great real estate agent as a second career.   Very funny!    What do you think of her being your agent????

Open Houses appeared to be pretty lively this weekend.   In total there are 9 homes under contract in Cameron Station in Alexandria.   I saw a quiet a few people attending the open houses over the weekend.   The Arlington Condos in South Arlington off of Glebe Road are a steal if you want to be close to DC and not pay an arm and a leg.    They are more like condo/townhomes and they go between the high 200's to low 300's.   Condo fees are very affordable.    These homes are very close to Shirlington and easily rentable properties if you decide to move up.  There are currently 4 homes under contract in that community with many more to come on the market as the weather gets nicer.   Please leave a message if you have any experience with the two developments.    Have a productive week!
