14 homes have sold in Cameron Station the past 30 days (since April 15, 2016)!   The average well priced home is selling in about 20 days in the Cameron Station Community.   Of the 14 homes sold, 7 homeowners paid no subsidy to the buyer and they received very close to their asking price.  That's telling us that a good amount of homes last month in Cameron Station received a great amount of attention or they received multiple offers giving the sellers leverage.  Currently, there are 11 homes under contract in Cameron Station.   Below are the newly listed homes in Cameron Station as of May 15, 2016.   Please let us know if you need a personal evaluation of your home or if you are thinking of buying in the Cameron Station Community.  This is a hot neighborhood!
